I recently stayed at a Riad in Morocco and it was the best out of the three I visited. The Riad, Bibtia, was absolutely beautiful with its authentic architecture and Moroccan decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room to accommodate three people. The food served at the Riad was delicious, especially the breakfast with options like coffee, milk, and lovely Moroccan tea. The location of the Riad was convenient, just a 7-minute walk to the main square, Djemaa el fna. Ibrahim, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to help us during our stay, providing us with a map and guiding us around. it was a fantastic experience at Riad Bibtia.
Nothing to mention.

Great Location and Helpful Staff
The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, which is always a huge plus when traveling because you don't have to go far to find everything you need. The hotel staff was always very helpful and pleasant to deal with, which definitely made my stay more enjoyable. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, which was appreciated.
There were a few negatives to my stay at this hotel. The noise level in the evenings was quite unpleasant and disrupted my sleep, which was incredibly frustrating.

The hotel is located very close to the main square, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. It's also on a main "road" to the square, making it easy to find your way around. The Djemaa square is just a short walk away, so everything is nearby.
The customer service was quite poor. They didn't open the kitchen for breakfast until almost 9am and weren't around when we needed to collect our bags on check-out day.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to many local shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and offered helpful tips on things to do in the area. They also provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel had a nice rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city.
Our stay coincided with Easter weekend and the hotel was extremely busy. The noise level was unbearable and we had trouble sleeping at night.

We had an incredible stay at Riad Bibtia. The staff, especially Moustafa, were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location in the heart of the Souk was convenient and the riad itself was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. The included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. If I return to this city, I will definitely choose this riad again.
Can recommend this hotel.
